Machine wash at max. 30°C with a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach. Line dry.
Dispatch
All products are embroidered-to-order and we aim to embroider and dispatch all orders in 3-5 working days.

Shipping
Australia orders are sent with either DHL express which takes 1-2 days or Economy tracked shipping which takes 2-3 weeks.
New Zealand orders are sent with overnight courier, so you should receive your order 1-2 days from dispatch
USA orders are sent with DHL express and take 4-6 days.
Returns
Personalised items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please ensure that all text is entered exactly how you would like it to be embroidered i.e. caps, spacing, etc.

The entire embroidery process is done in our Auckland studio, starting with creating original embroidery designs from hand-drawn illustrations to stitching your unique personalisation.
